Why isn’t testing included?
I will not refer you for testing unless it is necessary.
If you have results from the last 6 months - we can use these.
My objective is to keep costs as low as possible. There is a lot of variability in what each individual needs and the costs of various tests.
As a estimation:
Full cycle hormone testing is $190
General blood work for iron, B12 etc is $24
A Comprehensive Microbiome Map is $426
Full thyroid panel with antibodies $220
Why isn’t your prescription included?
Again there is great variability; I aim to keep things simple and use as much diet and lifestyle strategies as possible. I will only prescribe you waht you really need to heal.

Due to the nature of the program, there are no refunds, under any circumstances.
During your first or second appointment we will schedule all of your Elevate appointments. We can adjust times if needed, but unsued appointments will not be refunded or credited.
When you purchase the program, you are accepting the terms and conditions (found here) and this includes your acceptance no refunds under any circumstances.
