The key to fixing your low energy levels
Low energy levels is a really common issue women face; and there are so many factors that can contribute to it. What I often see is that your energy drops, perhaps your mood does too and very often your eating patterns follow.
“Im not hungry”
“Im not thinking about food”
“Im snacking more than eating meals”
“I feel sick if I eat too early in the morning”
“I eat with my kids” - aka eating their snack plates
“Im eating out all the time”
This is a natural cycle so many women go through, and I get it as I have been there too.
The first place your mind may go is “is my iron low” or “what supplement can I take” - and yes, these things can help but they are not the true solution. The real first step to solving low energy is to improve your diet.
Food is literal fuel for your body - and sometimes you may be eating less than you need to, unintentionally. OR perhaps you know you’re under-eating but you just aren’t hungry.
What you can do about it

3 proper meals per day
Have protein, carbs and healthy fat with each meal
2-3L water a day
A consistent 8 hours of sleep every night
You may be thinking.. this seems really simple; but the truth is, the key to good health is setting the foundation, and once the foundation is set.. if you still have some niggles (symptoms) or you’re not quite right.. then we can layer in some specific supplements, therapies or do some testing to see what’s happening under the hood (inside your body).
