I have created this program to give you ongoing support. I mean it when I said that I want this to be the last health program you ever do. So to make that happen I am providing you with the opportunity to continue working together so I can continue to support you to make lasting behavioural change.

I decided to include this so that you can receive some tailored advice. Perhaps you are struggling with something specific, or you want to tackle your endo, be in the best shape to conceive or do your best to reduce perimenopause symptoms. We can use this time to set you up for the best outcome in the 12 week program.
